You do not have "Denali package 11". That is the wrong terminology. You are on "Package 11" also known as the "Integrated Advanced" package. The package gives you the ability to use the Sierra Chart software in general. The packages are separate from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You do need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to be able to connect to data and trading services (including our own Denali Exchange Data Feed). To get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, you need to set it up, activate, and pay for the exchanges for which you want real-time data.
