What are you seeing that makes you think you are not getting the real-time data? We can not tell anything from the images you provided, as we do not have enough information to know what may be wrong. For example, you show the crosshairs for the two charts, but since one is a 5 minute chart and the other is a 6000 trades, those may be the correct bars. And, as User135243 states, you are looking at the V contract for GC, which is a not very highly traded contract. We recommend changing to the Z contract. Everything on your account looks fine, so you should be getting the real-time data. If you still think you are not getting the real-time data, then we need to know exactly what you are seeing that gives this impression.
