Our answer is that none of this is permitted. Do not use the market data provided by Sierra Chart outside of Sierra Chart, or outside of the Sierra Chart built-in functionality. You should not be able to technically do this anyway. If you do this you can be held liable for any penalties imposed by the exchanges and you have already agreed to this by the use of Sierra Chart. For what you want to do you need to contact the exchange. All of your questions need to be made to the exchange and you need to have an agreement with the exchange and obtain the data from some other provider. Not from Sierra Chart.
