We now understand what you are seeing, but we do not understand why. Attached is what we see when we open your DOM from version 2947. Everything looks correct. We think this may have something to do with Rithmic data, as that is the one thing that is different in this case. Please do the following for us: - In the installation that you have set to version 2947, change "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data". - Select OK to close that window. - When prompted to update your symbols, answer "Yes". Let us know if that Trade DOM is then showing correctly or not. The data will be 10 minutes delayed, so you can not compare it to the other installation. But it should at least look correct.
