ok, this is very frustrating, but this started happening a week ago out of nowhere, everytime i launch sierra chart and open a chartbook historical data fails to download, i get a message that permission is denied. i tried deleting and downloading again, nothing helps, i tried changing data period download, nothing helps. i tried all the settings in the symbol field in chart settings, nothing helped. this is happening with every symbol. I am using Rithmic for data feed ( no i will not change to denali) , i tried to delete and reinstall sierra chart again, nothing is happening. i am very close to quit using sierra charts, this is becoming too much. instead of trading, all i am struggling with is technical issues....... very frustrating.
