Most often, the reason a file is missing is that your virus scanner is detecting a problem and removing the file. You would have to create an exception in your virus scanner for the file. But, we want to point out that the file that is being referenced - SierraChartStudies.dll - is not the standard Sierra Chart file that contains the Sierra Chart studies. The file that we send is named "SierraChartStudies_64.dll", and if that file were missing, then you would have a different message. The file that you are missing was either developed by yourself or from a third party. Make sure you trust that file before you make an exception.
