Please let us know if what you see in the iamge you provided in Post #22 is the entire Sierra Chart window. It does not make any sense if this is the entire window, as there is no information in the title bar at all. There should be some information in there. Is the Sierra Chart window moved off the side of the Monitor? Is there something else occurring? Do you not see any of the menu commands in your main Sierra Chart window (i.e. File, Edit, Chart, etc.)?
