With that same setup that you did for us from post #13 where you got just the black screen. Please get us an image of your entire Sierra Chart window. We need to see the menu and title bar as well as the chart that you have open. You can do this by selecting "Edit >> Screen Images >> Upload Main Window Image" and then pasting that link like you did last time.
