Is this just an issue with one chart or with all your charts? What is the symbol of that chart as it entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol"? What is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to?
