My chartbook takes a ~20 seconds to open whether from Open at Startup (which I do not normally use) and manually.
The selected lines below is with Open at Startup enabled.
v2945 is running smoothly for me.
I have no complaints with loading time, nor have observed big slowdowns.
I do not see a ~45 second delay like shown in the OPs logs.

2026-08-29 14:53:45.037 | ExtendTheFundedTradingAccountStatusExpirationDate | Result: {"Result":"Funded Trading Account Status Expiration Date Extended"}. Success=true

With Chartbook1 with a default ES 5 day 2m chart I get:

2026-08-29 15:03:36.133 | Files to Open on Startup | Opening file: Chartbook1.cht
2026-08-29 15:03:53.573 | ExtendTheFundedTradingAccountStatusExpirationDate | Result: {"Result":"The Funded Trading Account Status Expiration Date is more than 25 days into the future. The Date is currently: 2026-09-28"}. Success=true

What might be interesting is what happens during this 10 seconds:

2026-08-29 15:07:17.009 | No download requests in the queue to start downloads for.
2026-08-29 15:07:17.065 | Socket (3) | Socket gracefully closed by remote side.

Only things in the log I see taking time are (the "+X" are from me and just where I saw delays in log reporting time):

Need to compare and show relevant lines for:
open files at startup...open chartbook1
open sierra no auto open...wait for it to settle...open chartbook1
sierra running...close chartbook1. open chartbook1.
At least that would be my test matrix.
