As I said, I recently switched windows device from a PC to a laptop. Perhaps sierra chart is still responding to old drawings that existed on that device but did not carry over visually to this one? Best I can think of.
This statement has us confused. We hate to keep repeating things, but are you actually getting an alert in the Alert Manager? If so, can you please get us an image of that information in the Alert Manager?
