Post From: Chart/drawing alerts not relaying to chat/NTFY after re download of sierra on new device

I am yes. And no errors in the message log. Yesterday I received multiple notifications on NTFY for a drawing that was not even on the chart. But any newly drawn ones do not work. This morning, I was spammed with “rectangle 24, crossing from below” at 7715.5. There is no rectangle at 7715.5. As I said, I recently switched windows device from a PC to a laptop. Perhaps sierra chart is still responding to old drawings that existed on that device but did not carry over visually to this one? Best I can think of. I’m stumped. Could you reccomend any method whatsoever I could fix this? Do you think I should start a new chat and fill everything in from scratch? If so, how can I silence the old one, and “delete” any chat drawings that do NOT show up in the chart drawings window. Or at least, make it so that these seemingly invisible drawings cannot fire alerts any longer. Thank you. And yes, the chat identifier number is correct. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-08-27 13:31:39
