The download limit is capped at 5000, not 50. It is 50 when you are on a Trial. 1. You can pay $25.00 per month to change to 50,000 downloads. One download is defined as a single request. So several years of data for one contract is a single request and counts as 1 download. 3. There is not a "more efficient" way to do this.
