Everything looks good, so from what we can see, you should be getting the notifications to your Chat. We just want to verify, especially because you say you tried different Alert settings, you are getting an alert showing in your Alert Manager? But that alert is not going to the Chat? Also, please verify that the Chat Identifier for the chat group you setup is, in fact, 1863.
