Please get us an image of the Chart Drawing Alert window for the specific chart drawing that you are trying to make work. Then also get us an image of the Alerts tab on the General Settings window with the specific alert selected that you are trying to make work with that drawing. Use the Windows Snipping tool, or any image capture tool you want to get us the above images.
