That is all the information we have. As noted in that section, the underlying issue is with Rithmic, as they are the ones that are giving that error. Everything we know about how to resolve that issue is in the linked section. If you are continuing to get the error after going through all the items, then unfortunately, there is nothing further we can do to help. We do not know any other ways to resolve this. And yes, we have told Rithmic about this multiple times, but they have not resolved this in the several years that we have been seeing this issue.
