Dear Support team, I have problem connecting myself to my Bulenox PropFirm account over Rithmic. I have first connected myself to the Rithmic Trader Pro and agreed the terms of use. The Login was successful after that. But when connecting to the my account over Rithmic I get the error "permission denied". I followed the instractions give me by Bulenox Support https://www.sierrachart.com/?l=doc/Rithmic.php It did not help unfortunatley. My settings are exactly as described in your instructions for connecting to Rithmic. In the following I have attached the settings. Please kindly help me solve the problem. Thanks a lot in advance.
