Account Name: rcweafer On the website: Service Package 11 (Integrated Advanced) is active Usage Time ends 2026-09-28 CME exchange is activated under Denali Services Surplus $154 In the software (Help → About): Usage Time End Date shows 2026-09-09 Denali Data Feed Supported = No Data/Trade Service Settings still shows “Teton CME Routing (Not enabled on package)” and same for SC Data I have fully exited, restarted, and done Forced Login. Still the same. Please refresh the package / Denali authorization on my account. Thank you. |
