The option to determine Min/Max values for coloring from the daily data instead of per bar is controlled by the following setting: Numbers Bars: Determine Maximum/Minimum Values for Coloring From As noted in there, the option for "Based on AskVol BidVol Difference Percentage of Max Dominant Side" is supported, so you should be able to get what you want from this. Keep in mind, if you have set the option to base the Min/Max on Daily data, then a single bar may not have much color gradient, as the Min/Max may be very different from the values within that individual bar.
