Hello Sierra Chart Support, I’m having an issue locating and loading the RBV26 RBOB Gasoline futures contract. I’ve searched through the Find Symbol → Futures → CME/NYMEX tree, but the standard RB contract months do not appear. Only RBT (TAS) and RBF (Financial) versions are listed. Here are the specifics: I am trying to load the physical RBOB contract: RBV26 Typing RBV26 into the chart symbol box does not resolve to a valid symbol The CME/NYMEX → RB folder does not show any RB contract months Other NYMEX instruments load normally, so the Denali feed appears active I want to confirm whether RB outright contracts require a separate NYMEX Energy authorization or if there is a symbol‑mapping issue Could you please advise on: Whether RB outright contracts require a specific NYMEX Energy exchange activation Whether there is a known issue with RB symbol visibility or mapping Any steps I should take to restore RB contract access Thank you, Michael |
