Hi Support, My Sierra chart 2891 freezes when I load the chartbook. I am connected to the rithmic data feed through a prop firm eval. When I say freeze, basically the chart would load to the latest, then just stop at the most recent candle. I've tried delete and download data, using the find symbol to ensure I have the right symbol, but still have this problem.
