Hello, I sent this message in the other support form, but I think that it belongs here. Please provide some asisitance on why I am still receiving delayed data for my trading account. I have been setup with a funded account and your company approved it, I paid an extra $10 for the live feed and it has been acknowledged. Each time I close and open the link up, the pop up message states that I do not have enough funds so I cannot receive live data. Any asistance is greatly appreacited and take care |
