You are getting your data from Rithmic, and they have a lack of historical data. So most likely what you are getting is all that you can get from them. But, make sure you have the "Historical Data Username/Password" filled out on the "Data/Trade Service Settings" for your Rithmic connection. If this is filled in, then you are being limited by Rithmic's interface.
