What kind of replay are you running? What are the settings for the replay? Does the system actually crash? Does Sierra Chart completely close? Or is it just pausing during the replay? With regards to the orders, if you do not clear the trades for the symbol and account when you replay the chart, then you will see the orders show up in the chart at the time that is shown by the order fills for that chart.
