The "Trade Account Monitor" is not going to show anything for an Interactive Brokers account, so that is normal. The "Trade Positions" are only going to show when you have an open position. It looks like you may be referring to positions for the symbols "RDDT-OPT-20..." and "META-STK-SM...".
