Historical tick data is available for the MES going back to when it was first introduced in 2019.

You do not need anything special to access the historical data. Any package can get the historical data. You do not even need to have an exchange active.

If you want to open a specific contract, then you need to use the format for the symbols for the service you are connected to. For instance, if you are connected to "SC Data", then you would enter the following to open a chart for the December 2020 contract for the MES:
MESZ20-CME
