Both of those items are available with our "CBOE Global Indices Main" exchange. Follow the instructions at the following link to activate the exchange: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* Keep in mind that there are two different exchange options for the CBOE Global Indices - "Main" and "Additional".
