We have considered this. The only reasonable possibility is that maybe they need the currency specified or possibly the symbol has to be specified in the LocalSymbol member of the Contract structure.

We are now specifying the index symbol in the LocalSymbol member. Please update to the latest version Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.

However, in either of these cases, the error message you are getting still does not make sense based upon some improper symbol specification.
