The Net P/L can not be setup to include commissions. You can set a round-turn commission in the Symbol Settings (either the global option - "Use Global Round Turn Commission", or per symbol - "Round Turn Commission"). And you can have that commission used in the chart Daily Profit/Loss calculations by setting the following option to "Yes": Chart Settings: Use Symbol Commission Setting in Trade List and Statistics Calculations (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) But, the issue is that this commission will only apply to closed trades, as it is a round-turn commission. So you will see this reflected in your "Daily P/L", but it will not be present in the Net P/L for open trades. The Global Profit/Loss Management will uses that chart specific Profit/Loss, so after a trade is closed and the commissions are applied, that will be reflected in the Global Profit/Loss Management. But while the trade is open, there is not a way to have that commission accounted for.
