This should help you. This is a screenshot showing how to set the Session Times. I'm in Pacific Time so adjust the times for your local time. Sierra also allows you to set the charts up for exchange time. So if setting this to your local time doesn't give you the results you want, then check if your charts are configured for exchange time.
