When using the "Custom Intraday Sessions" for the Volume by Price study, you need to enter both a "Begin Time" and "End Time". And the total time that is covered by the "Volume Graph Period Type" needs to be covered by the Custom Intraday Sessions. So if you are trying to setup daily profiles, then the Custom Intraday Sessions need cover the 24 hours for that day.
