The data we have for VSXY starts at June 2, 2026. If you did "Delete All Data and Download" then the system is only going to download however much intraday data as you have set in "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download". Refer to the following: Data/Trade Service Settings: Maximum Historical Intraday Days to Download (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings) If this is not set large enough, then you can change the "Date Range In File From" in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting".
