One of the items we see in your log is that you had not selected a "Server" for your Rithmic connection. But it looks like you may have corrected this later in the log. We are not certain, so the first thing is to ensure that you do have a server selected. Refer to steps 9-11 at the following link: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Also on that page, make sure you have your Username/Password entered for the Market Data and Historical Data sections. After the above is completed, if you still have an issue, then get us your log again by following these instructions to open a chart for a single symbol: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
