Changing the "Date Range in File From" is the way to download more data for a symbol. Refer to the following: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Using 'Date Range in File >> From' to Download More Historical Data As to the odd chart you showed, we think that just due to the particular data at that time and the fact that you are using Renko bars. In other words, there must have been a lot of reversals in the price during that time period causing new bars to be generated. Also, we see in one of the images that you are using a symbol of "KWEB-NQTV". The -NQTV specifies that you want the data from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange, but you are not setup for the real-time data for that exchange - you activated the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape". Therefore, you would get the delayed streaming data for that symbol. To get the data for the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape, you need to use the standard ticker (KWEB). If you no longer want an exchange active, you deactivate it in the same location you activated it. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Canceling an Exchange for the Denali Exchange Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
