Apparently, the new study you got is causing issues with your system.

The easy way to verify this is to move the .dll file for that new study out of your "Data" folder to somewhere else (or rename it to something like "file.dll.sav"). Then run Sierra Chart again and see what happens when you select "Add Custom Study". If you do not have a problem with that file not being found by the software, then the problem is with that program.

In the above case, you would need to talk to the developer and make sure you have the appropriate file for the version of Sierra Chart you are running. You may need to update to the latest release if they have made changes related to the latest updates.
