This had to change due to some other changes that were being done. You should no longer change the Tick Size for your charts and then set the "Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks" to 1. Rather, you should set the Tick Size to the exchange default value and the use the "Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks" to set the aggregation amount. You can then set "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth >> Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Other Market Data Columns" to "Yes".
