This is definitely related to the Bar Period you are using and not the Numbers Bars study itself. The Numbers Bars study looks fine the way you have it setup. But there simply is not at much trading occurring to cause the NQ to generate a new bar, so the same settings do not work between ES and NQ. It may look fine as a bar, but when you are looking at the underlying data, it is not as filled out.
