Hello,

I am using Sierra Chart's latest version with Apex Trader Funding and Rithmic Direct - DTC.

* Connection to Rithmic is successful.
* RTrader Pro receives live market data.
* New charts (e.g. CLQ6.NYMEX and MES) open blank.
* The Message Log reports:

Historical data service client indicated that downloads are not enabled.

I have already updated Sierra Chart to the latest version, enabled Sierra Chart Data Feeds, and verified the Rithmic connection.

Could you please help identify the cause?
