It does not matter what your purpose is for the data. In order to be able to get the real-time CME Group data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra chart software to that account at least once a month for verification. This data is delayed by 10 minutes and 10 seconds from the real-time data. It also includes the Market Depth data for the CME Group. You have us a bit confused, as there is no package for $145 USD per month, nor is there a CME Group exchange that costs $56.00 USD per month. You mention the need for full MBO. For this, you would need to be on the "Integrated Advanced with MBO" package (Package 12), as otherwise you do not have any ability to view the MBO data. The "Integrated Advanced with MBO" package has all the features of the system.
