Your log does not show any issues. So we do not see any particular reason why you would be having an issue getting data for MNQU6.CME. You are setup to get your data for the CME Group from Rithmic. Therefore, given that there is nothing specific in the log about this, you would need to talk to your broker/Rithmic about why are having an issue with this data. -- Separately, your log also shows that you are opening a chart for AMZN, and you have the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Due to the fact that Rithmic does not handle symbols that they are not familiar with well (such as AMZN), we recommend having a second installation of Sierra Chart where you would have your charts for the U.S. Equities and keep the installation that is connected to Rithmic only having the CME Group symbols.
