It really does not make any sense, as you are properly setup to get this data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, so you should not be getting these errors. Please restart Sierra Chart and use the "Forced Login" option when you login. This will force your copy of Sierra Chart to get the latest information from our servers. Hopefully, something in your system just got incorrect about this symbol. Follow these instructions for this: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login If the above does not resolve the issue, then please go to "Global Settings >> Symbol Settings" and on that Symbol Settings window deselect the option for "Use Custom Symbol Settings Values". Refer to the following: Global Symbol Settings: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings) If the option for turning off "Use Custom Symbol Settings Values" works, then this means that the symbol settings for "F.US.MES?##" got changed somehow and are not correct. You will want to set any changes for that symbol back to their defaults before enabling the option for "Use Custom Symbol Settings Values" again.
