Makes sure you have not started your Sierra Chart software with the option for "Risk Manager Mode" enabled. Refer to the following: Trade Account and Risk Management: Setting Sierra Chart to Risk Manager Mode The option is on the bottom right corner of the login screen. If not the above, then you need to ask your broker about this, as they would have put you in this mode.
