We can tell you that the "Total Trades" field in the Spreadsheet is NOT "Flat to Flat Trades" - it takes into account each individual action - so if you open a position and then add to it two times and then flatten, that will be a total of 3 trades. If this is what you are seeing, then it is working properly for that situation. Otherwise, for us to look into it, we would need to know what you are doing that is not being reflected properly in that field.
