Post From: Numbers Bars study not working after service renewal

Hello,

After renewing and updating Sierra Chart, the Numbers Bars study no longer displays on my chart.

My account:
- Service Package 10
- Denali Data Feed active
- CME exchange active
- Sierra Chart Version 2922 (64-bit)

The study is added correctly to the chart and all settings appear normal.

The Message Log repeatedly shows:

Numbers Bars | Service Package does not support this function or account is expired. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' for account management.

I have already:
- Updated Sierra Chart to the latest version.
- Logged out and back in.
- Confirmed that my service package is active.
- Confirmed Denali authorization.
- Removed and added the study again.
- Applied the settings multiple times.

Could you please check my account and tell me why Numbers Bars is still reported as unsupported?
