Those are the correct items to change. The image you show is of the "Global" color graphics settings. If changing these is not updating the Trading DOM, then that would mean that you have that Trading DOM setup to use its own graphics settings rather than the global graphics settings. So you would need to select "Chart >> Graphics Settings >> Graphics Settings for Chart - Color" and change it in there.
