You would have the same issue of the Best Bid/Offer being on the same row if you were changing the Tick Size or using the Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks. The point being that the rounding of the prices can be such that the Best Bid/Offer will be in the same price at some times. There is no workaround for this in the Market Depth data themselves. But, you can enable the "Chart >> Bid and Ask Lines" to get a visual of where the actual Best Bid/Ask are at.
