What User708541 states will work. We had forgotten that you can select the rectangle and select those points. You do have to have your Drawing Tool set to "Pointer", "Crosshair" or "Hand", and first left-click in the rectangle on the left 1/3 or right 1/3, then you can grab an edge and drag it.
