The "Volume Value Area Lines" gives the exact same results as the VAH/VAL from the Volume by Price, as long as the settings are the same between the studies. So there should not be any issue with using that study. The best way to get what you want would be to have a chart that is set to just cover the Evening Session times and put the "Volume Value Area Lines" study on it. Then use the "Study/Price Overlay" study to overlay those lines on the chart where you want to view them. On the "Study/Price Overlay" be sure to set the Input for "Fill Blanks with Last Value" to "Yes" in order to have the lines draw forward into the current day session.
