1. I understand fully the Countdown timer and use it extensively to trade as Killer Whales and Great white sharks will slam a market order in during the last 2 or 3 seconds to initiate a market order that immediately gaps the oil price down severely; making the price 15¢,20¢ or more lower and blowing out any retailer trader attempts to trade. 2. It may not make any sense that the Hand tool and crosshairs are frozen but that is happening and this morning the scroll button at the bottom was also inoperative. Lastly the Real time clock freezes up which makes all other problems seem small. What could I have possibly done to make a real time clock freeze up? 3. The markets do not trade 24 hours. Oil trades 23 hours and all my charts are set to operate for the full 1380 minutes or 23 hours. 4. I only use three charts and my snapshots were of two. I am now down to one chart (1min) and have reduced the studies from 81 to 34 and the chart is still locking up this morning. Yes the same problems exists. I can not continue on when even the "Real Time" clock is freezing up. When the crosshairs, hand tool, etc. stop working all I can do is watch until the clock freezes up and then I restart the program. I am attempting to download your suggestion concerning the Software Download: full control rollback procedure but for some reason it has taking an extraordinarily long time to download. Let me make those changes and will get back to you. Will keep at it and thanks for your help...I will continue to eliminate studies until I get to a price bar only chart and see what gives. |
