There is no option to keep a profile always visible regardless of where you are scrolled to within the chart for when you are displaying multiple profiles. The Input for "Always Display Last Profile in View" only applies to when the bars for that period are within view, during which time you will see the entire profile. But when the bars for that time period are moved to the right off the graphics area, the profile is also removed.
